Mining Claims For Sale
Two lots of mining claims in Arizona are for sale. One lot is known as The Canyon Claims and the other is The Rose Claim. Information on both of these mining claims can be found through links located in the right sidebar.
Briefly, though, in the Canyon Claims group there are sixteen 80-acre placer mining claims, for a total of 1280 acres, all in Gila County, Arizona, and located two to three miles east of Punkin Center.
An assay has indicated some gold content and there are historical records showing Uranium 308 in lignite. Please check out the Documents page for copies of assay results and additional information on mineral content.
We wish to sell all 16 of these claims. If you might be interested in making a purchase, please use the Contact page in the Main Menu, above.
The Rose claim is smaller, covering 40 acres, and is located near Apache Junction, AZ, accessed directly from a paved two-lane highway. It contains zeolite deposits, with the primary ore being a very high grade clinoptilolite, as well as silicon (Si). Assays are available at the Documents page.
These claims would be priced on the basis of the known ore deposit at the time of sale. On the surface at the Rose, there is visible evidence of clinoptilolite of approximately 18,000 ton, without regard to the unexplored tons of clinoptilolite contained in the stem of the volcano, which has not yet been drilled.
The silicon deposit is extensive and of a mineable grade, with recent assay reports also available in the Documents section.

A number of the inquiries we have received indicate there is some confusion as to what constitutes a mining claim, as well the need to comply with certain citizenship restrictions pertaining to owning a mining claim. We'll try to clear those questions up here.
Please note that the land itself is not for sale. Only the right
to mine minerals found on the property is for sale. Title to the
land remains with the US Government, as part of the public lands.
At this time, our mining claims require an annual maintenance fee of approx $140.00
per claim, paid to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), along with
filing appropriate paperwork. Failure to do so can result in the
loss of a mining claim.
US law requires the holder of a mining claim to be a US citizen, or
to declare the intent to become a US citizen to the Immigration and
Naturalization Service, or to organize a US Corporation under State
Law.
Holding a mining claim does not automatically allow mining
operations to begin. Permits and licenses from the state must first
be acquired.
